The 2025 Banff Mountain Film Festival World Tour is designed to celebrate the world of mountains and the adventure that comes with them!
With exhilarating short films from explorers, runners, mountain bikers, skiers, paddlers and climbers around the world, you will be taken to watch their journey and adrenaline-inducing action sequences - who doesn't want to watch some of the most wild and remote corners of the world, shot in captivating short films?
This is THE original AND best mountain film festival presented by World Expeditions. More than 300 of the world's best mountain sport and exploration films are shown in this week-long event, and the winners will then tour the world and visit 390 communities as part of the official world tour!
