Albany Holiday Park was designed around the needs of travellers wanting to spend quality time away from the big cities.  The park is peaceful, spacious and convenient to all attractions in Albany.  Be pleasantly greeted by the friendly staff who will help you enjoy your time in this wonderful town.  The park offers large grassy powered caravan sites, clean amenities and laundry and a fabulous BBQ & campers kitchen area to mingle with other travellers.  There are quality ensuite chalets and cabins to suit couples, families and corporate clients.  Activities in the park include a pool table, giant chess, childrens playground and ample grassed space for a casual ball game.  A perfect base to explore the local attractions and nearby towns of Denmark and Mt Barker.

Terms and Conditions 

Cancellations

All booking changes / cancellations required to be received in writing.

A $30 cancellation fee will be charged for all cancellations.

Low season cancellations require 30 days notification – full refund less cancellation fee

High season cancellations require 60 days notification – full refund less cancellation fee

Please note that if cancellation occurs less than the required notice period, there is NO refund applicable, however monies paid may be held in client account for a maximum of 12 months, to enable guest to rebook. No name changes or transfers are permitted. The tariff may vary depending on if re-booked for high / low season.

Bookings made via a third party need to be cancelled via the same agent e.g. booking.com, expedia.com

Fees

Tariffs quoted are for number of adults / children advised at time of quotation. The tariff will vary if the number of guests changes or if there is a tariff increase. The tariff payable is that applicable at date of arrival

Adults 17 years + - Children: 2 – 16 years Infant: below 2 years free

Deposits & Payments

Online bookings – Full payment at time of booking

Park direct bookings – 1st night payable in low season, 50% of total booking payable for high season. Bookings are not confirmed until deposits are received.

Late checkout

May be available – check with manager at time of booking (a fee may be payable).

High Season - December-January school holiday (min 5 nights) and Easter weekend (min 3 nights)

Standard - All other times

Being a pet-friendly Park we welcome TOURIST CARAVANNERS with small pets, subject to the following conditions:
* The prospective guest must make it clear they will be traveling with a pet in their caravan at the time of booking
* Pets must be kept on a lead at all times when not in the guest's caravan
* Park Pet Policy must be adhered to at all times (copy provided at check in or prior to on request).

We regret we are unable to permit large dogs or dogs of a breed that may cause other guests to experience anxiety or fear for their safety. For this reason, breeds such as rottweilers and pit bull terriers are expressly forbidden in the Park.
